I love this place! This is my new nail place moving into this area. I've been in the area for about 2 years and have been trying to find a good nail place. I've tried about 4 or 5 others in the area and have run across one or two that were good but too high priced. This place is fair, affordable,clean, friendly, and did a great job. This will be my new place in this area for as long as I'm here Love the ladies and recommend going here to everyone that asks. I think they will always remember me as I came in with a flower that was so horribly done on my nails by the last nail shop that it looked like an octopus Yes ladies this is octopus fingers. I really enjoy coming to your shop and want you to know that I appreciate the time and effort you put into your work. Love you guys and you do awesome work keep it up. If it was possible to leave less than one star I would. Nail tech had a attitude issue, overfiled nails, could not count back our money correctly and ended up rounding up our total. They were not very friendly and it took 3 hours for 3 sets of acrylics to be completed. Would not go back.
I called to make an appointment today, and ask about a gift card to use, and was treated quite rudely and interrupted on the phone. It was enough to make me change my mind about wanting to give KB nails my business. After reading some of the reviews, it's probably just as well. Disappointed out of the gate, I'm new to the area, but not new to salon care, and they've lost a potential regular customer.
Worst service ever! I called and asked for 2 spots to get Pedicures. They said they had spots open at 6. I was left in a soaking tub with cold water while my friend got her pedicure. Then they moved on to me and left her with a cold towel and was on her feet. Then we didn't realize it was $65 for the same thing we normally pay $45 at any other salon! $65 wow! The massages were rushed and steps were skipped on both of us. We won't be back. Live and Learn! The owner as there cause I asked. She was part of the problem.
$50 for a matte gel set of acrylics that started chipping off the day after barely lasted from tuesday to saturday 6 out of 10 of the nails broke off the 4 that were left were chipped badly, would like my money back but who knows if that will happen
