Jill has been cutting my hair for 4 years but today I called to see if she was in and they said yes. Made an online appointment drove over to find out she just took a 20 minute break! Waited 35 minutes then she came out and cut my hair so short you can't even get the smallest round brush around it! Then the professional said "it would be better when I got home and restyled it" seriously! There is no hair to restyle! I said I didn't want it short as Vicki did in April so Jill precedes to cut it even shorter! Thanks Jill! NOT! Don't recommend using Jill the shop manager!
My wife took my daughter in for a simple trim. The salon stylist sprayed so much leave in conditioner in her hair she was nothing but a greasy mess. I will not be going back to this location again, as it is privately owned and is nothing like the other locations nearby. Avoid this salon!
My son and I have been going to this great clips for five years. I walk in tonight, granted it's 30 minutes before they close, and they laugh at me and one lady asked me do you think you're getting a haircut tonight? I've been in the service industry for over 25 years. If that is what service is today then I'll be more than happy to drive an extra 10 miles to take me and my son to go get his haircut.
