Great Clips in Canton, GA

Run.. Do not use these places.. they are full of I don't know rejects from Beauty School? The one I'm prominence Plaza in Canton totally butchered my 13 year old son's hair 6 months so bad he wore a beanie for over a week and a half because he was embarrassed. They do NOT listen to directions at all or what we wanted. Then I stupidly went to the one on Highway 20 last night.( had a few extra minutes needed a trim said what the hell let me stop in since I'm here) a lady named Michelle ( I think) butchered the living hell out of my hair. My hair was almost to my waist and we agreed to no more than 5 in.It is now barely shoulder length I wanted a long layered Bob that had face framing layers in the front. She took off close to a foot of hair. and literally just butchered it ...no technique... no nothing! It looks like something you do in a grooming place on a dog. She used a red plastic throwaway comb the entire time didn't even use a curling brush when she was blowing it dry so you could see a decent final product.( probably because she knew it wasn't going to happen it was so bad) and then went back with electric clippers that you use on a man, to make a line straight in the back... which made it look 10 times worse if that was even possible. I sat in my car and cried most of the night how she thinks she has the right to butcher someone's hair like that and then act like she's proud of it I don't know? Even when I asked her where the layers were in the front she said they're there. Ummm so apparently the customer does not get what they want and no one listens to them. I'm going to try to attach a photo so you can see the massive amount of hair she butchered off my head. people stay clear do not go to these places spend an extra $20 and go to a real beauty shop. I stupidly went off convenience and happened to be in the area should have followed my gut and just run!!!!

This place is great, I was worried about going to a different great clips because I knew the barbers at my local one well, but they rocked it. I took my younger brother and we both got a good bit of hair taken off, they were kind and understanding for my brother is quite unsure what he wants. The older blond lady took amazing care of me and had the perfect amount of conversation. Thanks guys I'll be back

I've been to this location a few times and the quality is usually "luck of the draw", but generally at least something I could work with. Its main advantage has been that it was handy - close to where I run my errands. Today I had enough time for a cut if there wasn't much of a wait. I stopped in, and they were, as usual, understaffed. There was one person cutting hair, but nobody was waiting and she was already working on the guy in the chair. I checked in and sat, and was there for about 20 minutes or so waiting my turn. Just as she was finishing up, another guy walked in. She rang the first guy out - and ushered the new arrival to her chair with no comment to me. I watched in confusion, and when it became evident that she was about to start his cut, I stood to leave. At that point she decided to explain; "He checked in online". I asked how long I was to wait, but the only reply was "you're next". "Check in online" sounds great- unless you're the guy who actually came to the shop, evaluated the wait, and was patiently waiting your turn only to be delayed further by a new arrival. Add this to the inconsistency of the cuts I've gotten here and I'll just find another place to go.

This place sucks, I came in to get a simple short on the sides and a little longer on the top, and the blonde older lady (don't know her name) was extremely rough, and it felt like a toddler was giving me a haircut. I asked if she could fade it in, and she responded with attitude. ( I'm pretty sure she didn't know what it meant to fade it in). As I was paying it says yes and no for tip, and she said "make sure to press yes". Worst haircut I've ever gotten.
