Great Clips in Baltimore, MD

I took my daughter. She is special needs and has an issue with knotted matted hair. The lady my daughter was matched with was told that my daughter was there to specifically help unknot her hair. I would imagine that a salon is the place to go for a hair emergency. I would NOT recommend this place for a child, a special needs child or any sort of hair emergency. The lady was yapping away loudly and embarrassed my daughter terribly. I was willing to pay extra because I understood that this was a situation. She told her that her mother needs to teach her to brush her hair and that her hair was gross and matted. She didn't finish and charged for what she did which made her hair much worse. This is not the first bad experience I had here but it will be the last. I don't recommend this salon at all and I will be filing a complaint against this so called professional.

My wife checked in with Great Clips on line. She received a text message instructing her to come in as she was next. She arrived and sat for an hour as others came in and were accommodated and my wife was ignored. She was told an appointment wasn't really an appointment....horrible experience....never to return

They absolutely never listen to what the customers asks for. I have given them so many chances and it's massively disappointing every time.

The people who cut your hair are very friendly and well experienced, the store is clean it's a pleasure to go in there and then make accommodations for whatever you need. My only complaint is that they don't color hair they just cut it and I would like a full service salon and not have to go to a tree place to get my hair done.

I was yelled at for being a walk-in. I'm a regular customer who tips %50 to %100. The man with the gray hair harassed me out of the store because I did not sign in online prior to 7pm. I would like to go back as Ton and many other stylists do a great job. I would consider if the man apologized as he made me feel threatened because I was not jewish.
