This was my 1st time visiting this establishment & I will be going back.. The nail tech Ro Tran did an amazing job on my pedicure.. The foot massage was wonderful.. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.. Pleasant & clean
The younger person who answers the phone is so rude. Even in person they just have a nonchalant and sour energy. I do not enjoy calling and speaking to them at all. I like this salon but after calling today, I have to put this out there. I'm increasing my review because this is a nice nail salon and I don't want them to go below 4. One more thing, they can wipe down each station better between appointments.
I was looking for a permanent nail spa for myself and three family members. I did the research read reviews and thought I would give this salon a try. I was impressed that you could schedule online. In reading the reviews, Mandy and Cam were recommended as having great stills even photos showed amazing designs. So scheduled online last Friday for today. I received a text message and a call confirming my appointment with Mandy.... I get the to salon today excited to experience Mandy creativity and I was immediately passed on to someone else with no real explanation even when I said I have an appointment with Mandy. She finished her clients nail and left with her children not even apologizing or acknowledging the fact that she would not be able to assist me today.... I was extremely disappointed and did not get my nails done... Mandy just lost three new clients... completely disrespectful....
the service is really bad and the technicians are so rude. I don't recommend this salon at all. I went there couple of times and always I was disappointed. I saw sexual harassment towards some customers too. BE CAREFUL
I called 12/10 at 12:07PM to schedule an appointment, a man told me to get there before 1PM. I did just that & arrived stating that I'd called a few minutes ago. There was no place to hang my coat, no one said anything, except a woman told me to sign in, but the tablet was inoperable. Then she advised me to pick out a color, which I did. I sat, thinking I'd be serviced soon. Unfortunately, red polish spilled over my hands & vintage coat. The man in the black polo shirt w/ glasses, saw, did nothing. I asked a man in a cream shirt & sandals for help, after I'd gotten a towel from the sink. He literally acted like I was the problem & tossed the acetone at me, snatching the towel, throwing paper towels in my lap. An older woman seeing me getting ready to leave, was shocked, & said she could service me... "I spilled fingernail polish on me & no one helped." before I left. It was 1:23PM. It was obvious either they didn't have the time available to provide a service. Nonetheless, not a "Hi, How are you, you can hang your coat here, someone will be w/ you?" or anything... I still have nail polish remover on my hands... Depending on where I patronize, I don't feel welcomed, and I just wish businesses would say, "We don't have the time." or "We don't service your kind." an I'd respect that and leave.
