Grand Nail Salon in McKinney, TX

Andy is my go-to guy. He is so awesome at his job and has a heart of gold. I love his candor and professionalism.

I'm new to the McKinney area and I was in need of a nail salon. I stumbled across this salon and I am so glad that I did! My experience was a very good one as soon as I entered through the door. Manager Tish greeted me with a friendly hello and I was immediately assigned to Daniel, nail tech. He was very patient and kind and answered all of my questions before he began the service. I was asked and provided with drink of my choice. He completed my service in a very professional and timely manner and his work was off the chain. I was very pleased with everything ... the cost, the vibe, the service; the entire experience. I just found my new home for my nails! I would highly recommend this Nail Salon to everyone who may be new to the area and are need of an awesome nail tech place to go to. I will definitely be telling family and friends about this place

The pedicure was fine. It seemed like both ladies were struggling with the color I chose and didn't have a better suggestion. The manicure was horrible. I didn't like it at all, but she was insistent that it was fine and cute. She ended up repainting the to match the toes which was what I had originally asked for. She was extremely rude towards the end and going SO fast. She cut me and the polish is already chipping. She didn't even cover the entire nail on EVERY finger. I am never coming back here. If anyone has a great recommendation, let me know!

I was hoping to make this my regular nail salon. I have been coming on and off with my mom for the past 10 years. I have come every 2-3 weeks for the last several months since I moved nearby. These nails were done 6 days ago. They started breaking day 1, but today was my first day off to come in and ask for a fix. I spoke with the manager and tried to show her the broken nails. Instead of looking at the nails, she looked straight at me the entire time I spoke, ignored my broken, (and painful) nails and tried to argue that I should just keep the broken nails and it's normal for, "tips", to break. These aren't tips, these are my real nails. I asked again for them to be fixed, and she said that I could come back later or wait 45 minutes. They clearly don't need my business if this is how regulars are treated. That was $100 of my paycheck sadly wasted, on nails that didn't last a day, from a salon that takes no accountability.

I got a new set on the 1st week of April and when I took them off a few weeks later I found this. It's has been 7 weeks since she did them and this is what they look like. I've never had my nails so damaged before. This is bad. I would not recommend this place and definitely wouldn't recommend Tiffany to anyone.
