First time customer. Amanda did a polish change (toes) and dip. She rushed throughout the whole process. She did not paint my toes right. The dip was lumpy, thick and did not cover all my nail. I asked her to correct it and all she did was add more dip making my nails look way too thick. Do not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed. Overpriced for the service received.
My nails started lifting in less than a week. The people working here are highly unprofessional and the place is dirty. The owner did not want to honor my reward and my military discount, although the website states that you honor military discount.
I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and I love it! Every time I walk in, the staff are always kind and greet me with such respect. I love their variety of color choices for dip, polish, and gel. They even have a wall that matches dip powders and polishes for matching fingers and toes! They have always been honest about wait-times (if there is one) and services + prices. Majestic has always listed their prices and services on their website including the extra costs for removals, added extensions, and other upgrades. In addition, the environment is always clean, organize, and really pretty as well! I personally don't feel the need to make an appointment because I know that whichever technician I get, they will be amazing!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Very rude. I had walked in asking how much dip removal is and the lady was not welcoming nor friendly. In response to the owner on Google, I came ON THURSDAY ON 11/2/23 at 11 am at THIS exact place asking how much the removal is and the lady was beyond RUDE and unfriendly she said "do you want it done" in a very rude manner. I walked out and said no thank you. Will not be coming here ever again. You will NOT be reporting my review, I will be leaving my review in hopes of other customers who decide to come here.. STAY AWAY from the front desk lady
Worst pedicure ever in life. A child could have polished and shaped toenails better. I was asked how the service was and tried to explain it was really bad in detail. I was not offered a re do. I was only given 10% off. So I want to show the quality of work this place thinks is acceptable and are proud of. Please feel free to zoom in. The pictures do not do justice to this substandard work. Shameful I walked out of this place like this.
