SOI Brow Threading Salon - Mckinney in McKinney, TX

Update April 2024 The one person that knows how to do brows is no longer there. I try to be fair but 3 times terrible service is enough for me not to come back. The young man did my eyebrows when Zey left he messed it up so bad that it's not even growing properly. If anyone has Zey number please list it here.

I recently visited Soi.Brows with a coupon that I had received. Unfortunately, upon checkout, I was told that they could not honor their own coupon due to some unspecified reason. This was quite disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. While the service itself was satisfactory, the lack of transparency and failure to honor their own promotions was a letdown. It's important for businesses to uphold their advertised offers to maintain trust with their customers. I hope they can improve their coupon policy in the future.

First let me start by saying.. I've been to the Lewisville location, Addison, the Plano one and now this location.. This is the only time I felt it to be absolutely necessary to leave a review.. The atmosphere felt positive and inviting soon as I walked through the door. Check-In is right by the door so you don't have to walk through the salon. I selected " first available" because it's my first time and I don't know anyone yet. The seating area is really cute and cozy. When I was called to the chair. I was pleasantly greeted by a nice young lady but not asked about what kind of shape or look I was wanting.. She got right in there and just started threading.. she didn't brush them out to see their natural state AT ALL.. Finally after about 10min she stops and asks if I'd like to see the progress. I could tell something wasn't right. When I look in the tiny mirror I was mortified. She'd over threaded my left eyebrow SIGNIFICANTLY. There was no shape or symmetry what so ever. I asked her to stop and I immediately got out of the chair. I asked to leave. The young lady began apologizing because SHE KNEW SHE JACKED MY EYEBROWS UP. I paid a discount price. I tipped her STILL because i'm not rude. But I was literally blown away by how incredibly awful my eyebrows turned out.. I'm so just disappointed ya know... Anyway I stopped at Target and got a NYX gel eyebrow pen to fix them. It's up to you if you want to get your brows done here. My experience was mine. You might have a better one
