Forever Nails and Spa in Boise, ID

Awful awful awful! I made an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up a bit early, swt there for almost 20 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me. Another lady came in and was immediately asked about what she needed and was told to pick out a polish. I stood up and asked why I was not spoken to. I told them I had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure and the man started yelling at me in front of everyone. Even one of the workers was in the back shaking her head because the man was so rude and obnoxious. He never even apologized. I have never been treated so awful at any service place like this. The customer service was horrible.

What's the point of making an appointment when you don't get seen at your appointment. Clean place but I'm over it. I guess it's best to just do a walk in. When I'm over waiting and getting up to go, one of the nail tech states she's ready to take care of myself and my daughters but she still had her previous customer sitting in the chair. No ma'am, take care of your customer and I'll just go elsewhere.

I have been to many salons and by far Forever Nails is the best service I've ever received for my mani and Pedi. The business is operated by a couple and it's only the two of them as they also experience the same issues as other businesses, lack of applicants so it's the two running it. However, with the lack of employees they make up for it with their impeccable service to well taken care of nails. I like getting my cuticles trimmed off and I hate going to the salons where they just use the machine to buff off your cuticles and not cut them. I've also been to salons where I've literally walked out bleeding from my nails. That is not the case at Forever Nails. They take their time and gives me the most beautiful nails. So, if I have to wait just a little more to get in with them, it's worth the wait!

I wish I can give negative stars. Worst business ever. The man is very rude. He gave me appointment time and when I go there he says I have to wait. He says "can't you see I am busy. There is nothing I can do". What's the point of appointment then? Very rude. Will never come again and won't suggest this place to anyone.

Do not for any reason book an appointment here.  This is the 2nd time I have had issues with this salon.  No idea how they stay in business.  Doesn't seem like there are more than 1 maybe 2 technicians.  Told them I don't want to wait.  Booked it for 5.  Upon arrival he told me I booked it at 4:45.  HD 2 other people in the chair and only 1 technician.  This place sucks!
