Love this place! Clean, fast and very friendly. They are fast and have always been able to give me what I asked for.
I love this place. Their very nice and humble human beings. The older gentleman is very precise and does a very nice job. The Younger guy is always so wonderful to converse with! He does a great job as well. I can always get in and never wait long. I enjoy my time there and giving them my business.
I really like this nail place and it's my go to pedicure place! The price reflects what you get so don't expect high end luxury spa experience. The place is very clean and the equipment look new- nothing torn or worn out. The pedicure chairs have massage functions on them which is really nice. I went to a different place in Boise for a pedicure and their chairs did not massage and they charged more! I highly recommend adding the $15 foot salt packet with the foaming massage soap- it's worth it and they do a good job of massaging it into your feet and legs. They take walkins but be willing to be patient as this is family run and they have limited workers. I'm guessing it's husband, wife and the son- all really nice people!
I went to QT nail spa for a gel French tip manicure on a Thursday as I had an event, my baby shower, on Saturday and would be taking a lot of photo with family and guests, so naturally I wanted my nails to look nice.. On Friday, less than 24 hours after getting my nails done here, my nails were chipped and looking like I had them done weeks ago. I called and spoke with Erik. First he offered that I come in that evening, Friday. I asked if I could come in the morning when they open and was told, "No, I am too busy" and he wouldn't do it until late afternoon which didn't work for me cause of the baby shower. So I said that I would leave the set up for the shower and come in on Friday, like he first offered and would be there in 30 minutes, about 5:45pm. When I said this, Erik then told me that they sometimes close early and he was going to tonight. This went on and he continued to refuse to fix them. So I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and have them done properly. When I said this Erik told me to come in in the morning, to which I responded, "I thought you were too busy?" No response. He refused to correct the poor quality of work that was done in his salon. So disappointed. Currently disputing the charges with my bank..
Went in for a full set. I left with polish all over my hands and the acrylics chipped or popped off after a week and a half. They looked fine while they were on.
