Perm from hell, I wouldn't let these idiots groom my dog! Rude fake manager couldn't care less that my hair was ugly! Prices are too high for hair school student skill. I think they learn off of YouTube. Completely destroyed my once nice hair, had to cut off what didn't break off. This place is the worst! I called early in the week about my daughter getting an up-do for her high school formal. The receptionist told me they only take walk-ins, but it shouldn't be a problem. We get there on a Friday around 12:30 and my daughter signed in. The poor receptionist was running around talking to each stylist finding out if they would do my daughter's up-do. None of them would! So disgusted about their lack of professionalism and wasting our time!
Against my better judgment I went into this salon to get my hair cut. The attitude I got was poor and the hair cut I received was garbage. The back is so uneven I'll have to go get it recut somewhere else. I think I would have done better going to Pets Smart !
