1 star is honestly to kind. this store needs to be shut down i was told $30 for my service when i handed my card to the lady she walked off handed my card to the man and he walked to the back for almost 10 minutes. once the payment showed on my account it shows they took $60 off my card.
I came here reluctant because every time I go to get my nails done the nail tech gets the shellac all up on my cuticles and it peels with in a couple days. Tran did my nails, and she did a spectacular job! She got close to the cuticle, but didn't get it on them! So excited to go somewhere that someone knows what they're doing!
This was about my 3rd time coming here but I will not be returning. I arrived about 45 mins before closing and they seemed to have an attitude but I didn't pay it any mind. I grabbed the gel colors and made a decision while my nails were being wrapped.
As we get into the manicure, the nail tech is being extremely rough with the filler and the cuticle clipper. She nicked my nail beds to the point where she broke skin on several occasions. She would apologize every time I yanked my hand away but didn't really lighten up.
Then as she was finishing, another lady came over to ask what my colors were so I showed her and she went to look for them. Now this kind of annoyed me bc this is usually done as you start but whatever, what could go wrong, right?? Well she didn't have one of the colors and tried to just spot pick a similar color but it did NOT match so I quickly picked other colors and left.
