I reached out to both the nail girl and the salon via instagram at 7:25am (received immediate automated response saying someone would get back to me ASAP). The salon was not open at this time and I had no other way to contact them. I woke up at 7am with a migraine and attempted to reschedule my appointment. I was charged a no show fee. Anyone who suffers from migraines knows they can hit you out of nowhere and truly drain you. I will never rebook with this salon and do not recommend anyone else book with them. This salon/nail girl are not understanding and not Being unable to reschedule when you don't feel well is horrible customer service. I also never heard back from anyone despite my message. I ended up calling the salon and requesting someone CALL ME BACK, which never happened. 0/10.
