Went here a few days before Christmas because I really wanted my nails done for the holidays but my original nail tech was booked so I went out on a whim and completely regret it!!! I had a full set of acrylics done by Lina and was simple yet had designs that did take some time. The man had come over to us and asked Lina what she was doing and she showed him and he said "oh basic" like mind your business!! The full set ended up being $102! Outrageous for what I normally pay for way more done. Here I am trying to get the acrylics off today after a fill and her white acrylic will NOT come off!!! i have tried everything to get it off and it's not budging. 2 hours to get one hand halfway off! I guess you could look at that both good and bad, but it should not take 2 hours to get acrylic off after soaking in pure acetone for an hour! MMA acrylic is illegal and this is what she uses in her salon btw!!
I came here for a brand new acrylic set & gel pedi. My mom got dip powder & a mani. We called in bout 30 min prior for availability. Lena did my my set and she was a total pro with my acrylic removal and the new set application. She was quick and super considerate. No cuts, nicks or burns. Sooo friendly! We felt comfortable in the salon. Large color selection. I asked for an accent nail with crystals. She pulled out a good selection of crystals and delivered! The gel polish application was perfect on both my hands and feet. The pedicure was perfect. I loved the salon and the people. I will be returning for sure! I have made sure to share the awesomeness with friends & coworkers.
I went back to this spot for a balance on my nails. First thing is that I really enjoyed the vibe of the folks working again. They're super nice and you can see that they work hard and they take things seriously. From the photos I took-- I'll say that on the manicure they did, the encapsulated maple leaves are remaining from my previous manicure. They did do the circle cateye though, and I think it turned out pretty cool. It's the yellow cateye shade over a black nail done with a circle magnet instead of the straight line that I've seen before. They also added the black ombre to my encapsulated nails. My nail techs name was T. She didn't know how to do the ombre, but she said she would try and she did a great job. The shape was coffin and I had to coach her through getting a couple of the nails straighter. I did end up with one nail thats a little shorter and fatter than the others, but I'm sure I'm the only person who would notice it. Overall, still fine on the shape, I'm just super picky about that. They don't have colored acrylic or do super crazy designs but I bet if I brought my own ideas and accessories I could probably convince them to do some neat encapsulating. Overall I would definitely go back as long as T will still let me give my opinion throughout the process lol.

Three of us initially arrived in Lancaster hoping to get same say mani pedis as walk ins. The first place we went was a bust. We called around and Luxury was open and available. They accommodated all three of us same day. We all got the basic mani pedi no gel or dip and they did great work on my and my company, elder women. Thanks so much to the shop for accommodating us last minute and giving us great service. :)
