Xtreme Nails Spa LLC in Lancaster, OH

I came in for a new full set of acrylics. I asked for a shorter length cause I type frequently at work. The nails were an uneven thickness and angled upward with no apex curve. I had the tech remove the first set and redo them. He was very friendly and super understanding. He was a peach, but he still seemed new with his acrylic application technique. The length ended up being much much longer than I wanted, but I had already spent so long in the salon, I just wanted to leave and see if I could cope with the length. I came back the very next day to have them trimmed down. I was greeted with a sassy, irritated nail tech named Ty. He was rude and reluctant to trim my nails. He spoke over me trying to justify why the nails were angled upward. In my years of wearing acrylics, that has never been an issue I've had to address before. The salon is in need of a deep clean. I will not return and I have made sure to let my co-workers and friends know how disappointing the whole experience was with this salon.

Do not go here!! They made my nails look raunchy and boxy blocked shaped. The Customer service was awful. They gave me 3 different nail tecs and still did it wrong, they also over charged me. I am a very calm person I usually do not get offended but this really steamed my oysters. My friends were over prised and cut but there's actuall looked good.

I've been going to extreme nails now for a little over a year. I absolutely love going there and my favorite nail tech is Ryan. He's not only amazing at his work he does, he is super kind and courteous. He makes you feel welcome and relaxed. He's very gentle on your nails and makes sure that you're not in any pain. His nail art is top-notch. I've never seen anybody who is able to bust out a whole set of nails within an hour or so and then come out looking amazing and I mean amazing he makes sure that every nail he does looks top-notch. He is very professional. I would recommend him to everyone at work. I always recommend him if anyone ever asked who did my nails because they look amazing. Extreme nails spa is also very nice. They are clean they're kind and they're never rude. Extreme nails is an amazing place to go if you wanna get your nails done in Lancaster OH. Make sure you always book Ryan. He will never disappoint!!!

Hmm. I went back to see Ryan again and for a full new set and some epic nail art. I showed him a photo on IG and he went to town. I should have known right from the get-go that it wasn't going to be what I wanted based on the first step. He used stiletto tips and then cut it into a coffin shape, but the way he put the tips on was at a huge angle, and they were pointed up ward if that makes sense. Then, he piled on TONS of acrylic to make the top of the nail flat and make up for the angle underneath. When I mentioned they were too thick, he used the dremel to drill upward even further, and they were still crazy thick! If you viewed the nails from the side they looked like they were about to fall off. The way they were applied made the coffin shape look more like square. The nail art turned out pretty cool. It was different than what I had in mind, but it was definitely neat. I would consider going back to another nail tech for the acrylic and have Ryan do just the nail art. With the encapsulated glitter, he just made them WAY too thick (and I've had encapsulated glitter many times), and the shape was so off that it couldn't even be corrected without doing a new set. Stiletto tips shouldn't be used for anything other than stiletto nails.

I was so happy with my acrylic fill both times I went. The staff was extremely polite, they got me in quickly and I looooooved the 80s throw back music. This is a great shop. I'll be back!
