I got dip, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed alomost every 2 weeks here. Lately their service has started going down hill with the newer staff they have working. I had to go to another salon to have the jacked up dip they put on my nails removed and redone. The owner was told of the issue and didn't do anything to fix it as usual. I will be taking my business somewhere else that has customer service and nail techs that actually do a good job.
This is the only nail salon I'll go to in Lancaster. I have always had a great experience and I can always trust I'll walk out happy and with long-lasting nails. Christine did my nails today and aside from giving me beautiful nails- she was so lovely and friendly. I'll always recommend LUu nails and I will especially recommend Christine!!
i don't recommend going here. I paid $75 for a full set and the next day one nail came off. not that big of a deal figured i'd just go get it fixed but then 3 days after getting the initial manicure done, i had lost half of my nails. when i called and asked for a refund or for them to be fixed, they said there was nothing they could do about it. i should also add that there were rhinestones lining the cuticle on my ring fingers of both hands that all fell off as well.
i've had two bad experiences here. the first time i got acrylics and they were honestly the worst i've ever seen. they weren't shaped at all or anything like what i asked for, and all i asked for was simple ombré. i'd post a picture but i don't want the lady to see them and feel bad. today i had a pedicure and the guy was so rough about it. he kept grabbing my foot and like almost slamming it down. he did one coat of paint, which is already chipping and it's been about 8 hours, he spent maybe 10 minutes doing it too.
