Well, after having frequented this nail salon, I understand why the reviews are not stellar. It was my first time there, and I found it odd that they didn't have the basic pedicure on their menu... Transparent pricing is a must for most nail salons. Secondly, they charge an absurd amount for little add-on treatments that you can barely understand are being offered to you. Then, to add insult to injury, my girlfriend and I were practically pushed out before we even finished our conversation, and I don't even think our nails were dry yet? Oh and then they hover over you as you're write the tip that they so richly deserve after making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I know I'm not going back, and I think my girlfriend feels the same way.

The ladies do a great job and are very attentive. The manager, however, is accommodating and generally friendly and professional, but openly was telling a nail technician not to tell or do certain services for a customer that had just come in as as I was finishing up. A few unprofessional things have gone on while I have been there receiving services.
In the past, when I was there, two nail techs got in an argument and were yelling at each other, well mostly one was yelling at the other and wouldn't stop, for at least a few minutes, while I was getting my nails done. Even though I didn't speak their language and I couldn't understand what the argument was about, it was just very uncomfortable and odd, when trying to relax for this service and a screaming match breaks out.
Generally, though, the shop is very clean and detail oriented. Oh, they also offer or have in the past a punch card to receive a discount after so many visits or services, but this is rarely offered and you have to ask for it if they don't offer it, which is frustrating.
For so many years, reliable, cheerful, super-clean, well-managed, and perfect nails! Wonderful leg massage as an extra treat for myself on some days.
