Zoe Salon & Spa in Greenwood Village, CO

Unless you have a specific recommendation for a stylist, I would not go here. I came because the salon is close to my home and it had decent reviews, but my experience with the stylist was very poor and I will not be returning. My stylist washed my hair but it didn't truly feel like a salon wash. My hair was extra tangled for some reason, and I asked if some product could be applied but she said she was all out. I had to suffer through an hour of hair yanking that caused an awfully painful knot in my neck. I also left with a few scratches on my face from the brush and when my stylist dropped the scissors near my face. My stylist's fingertips also reeked of cigarettes. She also missed the mark with what I wanted, and gave me a very outdated style. Again, unless you have a referral for a specific stylist, I wouldn't go because you'll likely be stuck with a really overpriced and disappointing experience. I would think a salon would have better quality control.

I hadn't had my hair cut for 2 years and I unfortunately got sucked into the Monat shampoo and conditioner and was really worried I was going to have to cut 6+ inches off my hair because it was ruined and Kacey assured me that once we looked at it and everything we would decide a "happy medium" and it ended up being just fine! We only cut the dead ends off and my hair feels absolutely amazing. Will most definitely be back to see Kacey! She kept great conversation and took very gentle care of my hair. Thank you Kacey!

Went here for 1st time based on reviews.
During my appt., my stylist felt she needed to point out how 'white' my roots were AFTER I had just explained to her the product I bought (to prepare for that appt) was bad w/broken seal, and unusable.
Newsflash everyone: not everyone you meet is a millennial.
I still tipped her as usual for my cut.
But they lost my business and any chance of a referral.
Seriously?

I hadn't had my long straight hair cut in over a year due to the pandemic...my stylist for many many years retired five years ago and I have yet to find a good stylist.  Sage cut my hair and it looked great!  Long layers, nice scalp massage, I will be back!  My mom Helen goes to Terri so thanks for the referral!

I called this salon after my regular stylist canceled on me last minute. I was so glad I did! I spoke with Melissa who went out of her way to call stylists on their day off to come in and take care of my hair! That was way above what I was expecting. My stylist Michelle was amazing to come in on her day off! I get just a simple root touch up but was so grateful for the staff at Zoe Salon for taking great care of a new client! I will be back!
