TIP TO TOE NAILS DTC in Greenwood Village, CO

This was a last minute get together with 7 of us and Tip to Toe Nails really came through with accommodating all of us. When I made the appointment I wasn't sure what service each person would want, but they made provisions for our indecisiveness and lack of planning (on my part!) and ensured that each of us got exactly what we wanted. 3 in our party got pedicures, 2 tips and chrome dip and 2 of us basic manicures. The staff was efficient and friendly even though they were on a time crunch with another party coming in after us. My nail tech took amazing care of me. I asked for one of my own products (ridge filler) to be used and she made sure that was done. She was meticulous in shaping my nails and made sure that the polish was applied properly. The wall of nail polish can be overwhelming but the techs give their input, ultimately giving you the final decision though. The place is clean and airy and we had more than enough room to spread out and still stay within earshot of each other so we could catch up! Just amazing customer service and they went over and above to accommodate our needs when they could have easily asked us to come back on another day since they are definitely not hurting for business!

Had a regular pedicure which was good. Went back a few days later to get a dip manicure on a Sunday. A few days later I had issues with chipping on a few nails, I left a review and the owner promptly reached out and offered to fix the issue. I went back in that day and she fixed the nails and then she also then had me come back a few days later, and gave me an entirely new manicure for free to make it right. I appreciate the level of customer service and how it was elevated and taken care of by the owner. It's rare to see that level of customer service and individuals who want to make sure customers are taken care of and given a high quality customer experience. Props to Katie!

Love Tip to Toe Nails. Consistently do an excellent job. Usually have Inka do my mani/pedi...she provides a wonderful gel mani and pedi.

I had a $40 + tip pedicure that lasted maybe 25 minutes, fasted I've ever had. It was not relaxing. My toes technically look good but it felt very rushed, lack of time spent doing all the normal things. Was bizarre. Did not feel like a valued customer, I feel ripped off actually. I declined some of their up charges which maybe the technician did not like. They did not offer me a services menu (I usually do add ons or higher level pedi) but I'm glad I didn't opt for more because their basic was substandard.  My friend with me had exact same experience with her technician, she actually finished a few minutes before me.

The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming! The staffs are attentive and friendly.  
It was my first time there and I absolutely happy with my gel pedicure. Very meticulous works, good service, plenty of colors to choose from.  I didn't feel rushed at all and able to relax while getting my pedicure done.
