Rude staff terrible service! They don't sanitize their instruments and by the time the nail tech finished my polish/dip, was caked on and not the almond shape I wanted . Also the polish was all over my skin and I got attitude when asked if nail tech could clean off. For $50 manicure go somewhere else who values their customers and takes the time and care into the services they receive, since we are paying for it after all.
Thought I'd treat myself and got punished instead. Everything is covered/caked in nail dust. They didn't ask me to wash my hands before hand. All of their tools are covered and again caked with dust and none of it has been sanitized. They don't have proper filtering or fans hence the dust everywhere. The girl even had her drink covered with plastic wrap to prevent dust from getting in her drink. She didn't handle my cuticles before putting on the cheapest set of acrylics. I asked for almond shape and got fat triangles. Asked for a light iridescent color and got a deep dark purple. My thumbs looked like McDonald's grimace. I ended up going to a different better salon and had them take off the nails right away. I do not recommended coming here. Not even to my worst enemy.
I'd give it negative stars-This nail salon DOES NOT disinfect their implements! I ask the nail tech to spray 70% isopropyl alcohol on all tools they use on me every time I frequent this establishment, but I still got a STAPH INFECTION from him 3 weeks ago! It was one of the worst things I could've imagined. It was disgusting-I had to get on 2 different antibiotics...a STAPH INFECTION, from a nail salon bcuz they refuse to soak their instruments in barbicide. They don't clean anything-go in there, sit down, get a mani & watch how they use the same tools on u that they used on the last person; full of dust, nail trimmings, cuticle trimmings, etc., u literally can see it on the tools. It's disgusting. U WILL GET AN INFECTION-it may be staph, it may be herpes, it may be HPV, but u will get something from this place. Plus, they're kind of rude & don't care. I've turned them in to the health dept, DORA.
I have never gotten a set I didn't love. Peter is a talented artist who gets my shape and detail absolutely perfect every time. The entire staff is devoted to their customers, it's the only place I will go!
Hands down the worst pedicure I've ever had. The technician didn't even say hi, didn't ask me which pedicure I wanted and the service lasted a total of 20 minutes. There was no exfoliant/scrub or anything used on my feet or legs. It seemed like the technician was giving the BARE MINIMUM effort. Honestly my toddler could have given me a better pedicure.
