Envy Nails in Southaven, MS

Receptionist is horrible. You will feel pressured to upgrade your services to something more expensive, as they're going to ask you 50 times to do so. Definitely not the same Envy Nail salon I used to patronize and love.

$95 before tip for gel polish no manicure, and pedicure with regular polish. They kept pressuring to get more expensive services. They seemed very rushed. Nail polish is on cuticles. Very disappointed. Will not return here.

Would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The lack of care is unmatched. I've tried to give this place several chances to redeem themselves but every time I leave more mad than the last time. They take their time getting you in and then rush you out. The quality of service does not match the price tag. I got a basic manicure with gel polish. I paid $50 for the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I left with a gob of base coat stuck between the underside of my nail and my finger, my nails are all different lengths bc the man refused to cut my nails down to match my broken one, there is polish all over the sides of my nail beds. I went back in before leaving and asked if it could be fixed, all the woman did was gently file my nails to get the jagged edges off. I've done better gel manicures at home.

I got my nails done here for prom and they looked beautiful. However only 3-4 days later they look grown out and are coming up in the back. I spent $130 without tip for these since I got a design on each nail. I expected these to look good for longer with the amount spent. I am also pretty sure that the nail tech didn't do anything to my cuticles for my nail prep and idk if that maybe let to this. My nail tech was nice however and held a conversation with me.

I think the nails were beautiful I just expected them to last longer.

Update: one of my nails just came off. I got these done Wednesday it's Monday!

Update #2: I went back and they offered to repair my nail or give me a gift card so I have a $55 gift card to make up for it. They were nice about trying to fix this.

This place does not know its limitations; please only accept my offer if you can perform what I asked. The quality of the nails I received was different from what I requested, and I will not return to this establishment again. I asked to have them corrected and was met with compliance but corrected by the same person who messed them up in the first place. The attention to detail was not there, and that particular tech needs to return to school or stop doing nails.
