I actually liked this salon but today the customer service was horrible. I called to make an app for 4 people and the lady hung up in my face. I called again thinking it's a mistake and she answers and hangs up again. I call again like ok. ?? And ask her why she hung up in my face two prior times and she says it got disconnected when I heard her talking both times and hanging up. Then states no reservations only walk ins. They literally think they're the only nail salon and they can treat paying customers this way. It's a no for me sis. Better learn how to properly talk to people before opening up a whole nail salon.
Anna and Jane are great; their customer service and work is top tier! I have been going to US Nails for several years. The customer service is good not the best. The new location is clean, spacious and welcoming.
Service was terrible it was no prices and worker literally harassed me and my child.I won't refer a dog to go there and nails look a horrible mess.

This is a location that has invested in their cosmetic look/decor and not skill.
I received a pedicure and my service was interrupted by a walk in for eyebrows.
my pedicure was also not performing well. They did not paint my entire nail.
I then got my eyebrows waxed and the same person who did my pedicure took off too much hair on my eyebrows.
I asked for an arch and that was not done either.
overall this places rushes your service and by doing so performs poorly.
