So disappointed! I got a gel manicure and after 1 hour my nails turned yellow! I have never had this happen and have had hundreds of gel manis in my life!
I've had 3 or 4 pedicures here. The recent one will be my last. The nice woman doing my toes cut me and I was bleeding. I know she was embarrassed, but it stung and bled for a day. Once that occurred she raced to finish and did not speak to me again. She hid in the back and I didn't see her to pay or leave. So I was hurt and the pedicure was not the best. Its not a bad place, but its not the best anyway. The prices are average. The ambiance is average.
Very friendly place, I came in not knowing what type of designs I wanted and Kathy who worked on me did an amazing job with the designs she created.
This may have been the worst manicure I have ever received. I am new to the area and found this place after visiting my neighbor shopping center, so I decided to try them out.
I came in for a full set (needing to take off my last set after damaging them while gardening) and they didn't even take the old set off first. She did a fill and charged me for the full set. The woman doing my nails argued with me about the shape for about five minutes. I asked for almond and she initially gave me a jagged square/round shape- only changing it once I argued with her about what shape an almond is.
She rushed the entire job, leaving me with lumpy, uneven nails, and gel polish on my skin. Lastly, whatever they're using for their acrylic burned my nails- something that has never happened before.
normally i like this place, but the woman who did my pedicure most recently filed and buffed my nail beds so hard they were bright red and extremely thin. they were also extremely crooked and there was polish left on my skin. my nails looked better before i came in and i regret paying for the service at all lol
we also made an appointment for 2 pedicures and my pedicure didn't even begin until the first one was over. i don't see the use of making an appointment if i'm going to have to wait 40 minutes anyways
