The best customer service! Love the spa chairs. Really, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing experience give it a try. Small shop, so you may want an appt. I was a walk in and went next door to a great hole in the wall Mexican place to wait the 15 min and have a quick lunch. It was great too. Prices are terrific.
Precision it's not. The nail technician was very friendly, and worked very quickly, but those are about the only positives I have. It only took her half an hour to do my shellac manicure, and it shows. I've had this design done at other shops, and this is by far the worst anyone has ever done. I'm not happy with it, but every time I tried to make a request or suggestion, it was disregarded. No wonder the shop was completely empty. It's also very small...three or four pedi chairs and two manicure stations. That's it. She also didn't ask me if I had my own nail kit, and just used the files she had on hand.
I've only gotten acrylic nails done one other time. She did it well and I feel like a million bucks. Great pricing too!
