I have been here for a pedicure twice. The first time wasn't great, but I thought I'd try again. I left bleeding and my gel polish was peeling before I even made it to the car.
I'll say this, I've had really good /art done on my nails, very clean with so many options for nails, but they treat you like crap. If you've ever seen the episode of Seinfeld with the "soup nazi", it's kind of like that except it's the "nail Nazi" literally every time. Today was the last time I was treated like crap after making an appointment to get my gel nails removed, they were so terrible! The main guy is a ! I tipped them really well All the time because they did good work, and there were some evil bags that went in there that were really mean to staff and it made me feel bad. So I put up with a lot going there because I did always get good work. But I don't like how I'm treated anymore..After noticing they didn't want me in there because I was only getting a removal after an hour with only 1 other customer, I walked up and scratched my name out on the sign in sheet. I didn't mind the over charging because Diane is an amazing artist and never screws up my nails. But I'm dismissing them and moving on to the next. So awkward at all times there. I'm so done lol
Walked in to get 1 nail fixed -there were 3 workers and 2 customers. I wasn't given the option of waiting. All the lady said "I'm busy" they didn't even offer to help or anything. When I said no I didn't have an appointment "I'm busy" SO RUDE !!! I'll make sure to NEVER COME HERE!!! There are so many other places in the area where they will at least treat you like a person.
Great experience they provided us with a great place to come and be able to get a pedicure, offered refreshments, friendly staff, at a great price! I will be back again for a pedicure! I wish they were open on Sunday's!
I was impressed! Great pedicure and gel nails! Would recommend! It's been a year since I've been to Envy Nails, and I enjoyed the experience!
