I came in for a bikini wax (full Brazilian) and it was my first time. I was super nervous but Heather was excellent, calmed my nerves, provided excellent service, and was very charming. I already booked my second appointment on my way out. The facility was nice and clean, and you can tell they are the type of place people keep going back to, because i was the only one there that they didn't know my name! They were also very prompt and professional from the receptionist through my entire experience.
If you are a man reading this review, don't go here. As men, we like the little things. A set price for a men's haircut, competent hairdresser's with basic barber knowledge, and a warm damp towel to wipe our necks after our haircuts. You won't find this here at Eclips. The website says that men's cuts are "$15+" Price doesn't go up according to the difficulty level of the cut, but at the discretion of the stylist. I received a clippers only shape up. The stylist did so. Without cleaning my neck or shaping it, she showed me the back of my head. I said ok but I still have neck hair. "Oh, I'm not done", she says. Why would she show me unfinished work? She finishes up by, showing me the back of my head again, wiping off the excess hair with a cold damp and scratchy rag, and removing my cape. I get closer to the mirror to get a better look and she missed the back of my ears. She fixes the problem by spot buzzing while I held down my own ears. She then asked if I wanted hair product. Wouldn't one think to have each client leaving the salon looking like they left a salon? I said yes. She fumbles around her work station and several others before exclaiming that she found it. I replied "good. Put if where you can find it for your next client." I walked away and went to the receptionist to pay. The receptionist told me it would cost me $21. I said the website says fifteen. The receptionist then replies that the hair stylist was "one of the good ones that cuts men's hair" I told her to charge me fifteen and I'll leave the tip on that price. I'm not that much of an a** that I wouldn't tip. It's not that it was a bad haircut, but men.. GO TO A BARBER! I left 20 dollars poorer, but I got a cup of coffee out of the deal.
