CVS is the worst, which makes this pharmacy location the worst of the worst. You would think being extra busy would make this a more efficient pharmacy but it is not. I wouldn't go here if it weren't for my company having CVS pharma insurance. Nothing is easy here...long lines, impossible to call and speak to a person, etc. never waited less than 20 minutes to pick up automatic refill prescriptions. Run don't walk to Walgreens or another pharmacy.
Forget trying to get a prescription filled here. The incompetence is unreal. Waited over 24 hours for a prescription to be filled before calling my doctor and asking to send it to another pharmacy.
What amazing service!!! I went to urgent care and all the ladies were so nice. I'm literally sitting in my car writing this review before I pull off so I don't forget. First I saw Linda (I think that is her name ) and she was so kind. She wanted to make sure they could really help me before charging. Then came in Susan and her student who really talked me through what was wrong and gave me advice about how to prevent this in the future. The whole time I thought I had a nasty cold brewing and it was sinus issues. I learned so much from this appt about myself. Then they walked me over to the aisle where the meds were that I need and helped finalize everything. To finish it up I checked out with this sweet young man. He had the best energy and spirit. I am so glad I drove 30 mins to this cvs!!! What a blessing .
I would give a zero if I could. The pharmacy staff members are rude and slow. They act as if they do not want to work. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Chris might be the worst by far. Many times they are out of the medication we pick up on a monthly basis. The good thing is there is a pharmacy literally on every corner. Don't waste your time here, find another pharmacy that will value the customers that keep them employed.
Terrible customer service, used app to order pictures extremely difficult to use, ended up with six of the same pictures as the manager for help would not help
