I started going here at 17, a depressed teenager with a huge Matt in my hair and they took it and made me feel beautiful again! Here I am about to be 23 and still going there! They're all amazing there and do a wonderful job! Can't wait to go back for my birthday hair
I got a hair cut, it turned out VERY BAD. As soon as I got home, I contacted the stylist for a refund and he offered a partial refund. I refused because the cut is so bad that I have to go pay to get it fixed (and why would I let the person who just ruined my beautiful hair, a chance to make it worse?) I contacted the salon by phone and he took the phone and told me in a nasty tone that he will have the owner call me. The owner never called so days later I sent a message which she responded that "she's not going to go back and forth with me" . No one ever apologized or provided me with problem solving solutions and treated me very badly. As a person who values customer service I will never recommend this salon or doing business with the owner because she is rude and doesn't value relationships with the people who happily pay her. Also my beautiful natural hair is ruined and I believe that Izrael did it on purpose. Horrible horrible horrible been crying for days about what to do with this MOP that I now have smh!!!!
I couldn't begin to tell you how happy and excited i am with my new hair color. If I could give the salon ten stars i would. I believe the gentleman that did my hair was London Smith. They were the first salon I called and i had an appointment to die my hair within three days. I am not originally from lancaster but will definitely be driving the hour and a half one way to have him do it again. The staff and other hairdresser were so polite and if you were wondering, yes they were following the state mandated guidelines and wearing masks and it did not impede him from doing my hair. When I come back from Florida ill be making a pit stop in Lancaster. Thank you guys so much and thank you London!
I know Tammy, the owner, since she was in High School. She has always been the best at what she does. I now live in NY and have been getting my hair done as often as I can with her! Yes! It's 3 hours away but She Is worth the commute!!! I highly recommend Her and her salon.
