Love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and my manicures and pedicures always look great! They are remodeling now and have all new pedicure chairs and nail stations. They even offer a free drink from water, tea, coffee and wine. Thanks for the great service!
Me and my sister went to get our nails done the same way. They kept talking crap and I know because they were laughing. Anyways I wanted a heart and one heart was smaller than the other. It was bad and they were in a rush to get it done didn't give a chance for me to talk to my sister. Never going again!!! They kept saying we had to pay for extra for this and that.
I'm unsure why the few reviews here are so negative. I go here regularly. The staff are quite friendly and do a nice job on manicures, pedicures and waxing. This is not a high-end salon. The prices are quite standard and reasonable for a place that is primarily walk-in. You can make appointments if you want. You can even ask for services from a particular staff person when making an appointment or upon arrival. They have a fairly typically sized selection of polish.... and the usual 'books of gel' options. There can sometimes be a wait... though the most I've ever seen is maybe 30 mins when they were super busy. They recently re-did the flooring and it's super nice. Good investment!
I'm seeing really poor reviews for Nail Care! I have been going there for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the end result! I do have a favorite manicurist (Lisa) and am willing to wait if need be for her to be available. I work at a horse boarding stable so when I finally get in for a "fill", my nails are grungy, sometimes broken, overgrown, and generally unsightly! When I leave, they always look like a million bucks! I guess I'm one of the lucky customers ~ I've never been disappointed. Lisa is sweet, funny, and engaging ~ visiting with her is always a relaxing, enjoyable respite from the day to day! (I will say, I am disappointed to read that they turned away a customer with a service dog ~)
