I called asking why my favorite stylist Yvette hasn't been on the schedule when they told me that she didn't work there anymore. When I asked if they knew where she went, all they said was no and hung up. I was a loyal customer for years but there's no way I'm going back since I know they know exactly where she's at (the store one exit away). Call me crazy but I don't appreciate being lied to.
I always get the massage and hot towel for myself and regular boy cuts for my sons. Love the service level - very friendly with the boys as well. A smile goes a long way. I wish the check in technology was better, but great hair cuts overall.
Very unhappy with the little boys haircut my son received. It's an absolute hack job. Hairstylist (if that's what you'd call this person) continued to cut and cut until there was barely any hair left. Might as well buzzed it off. Don't bring your kid here if you want a simple trim. For less than $30 you can get a styled haircut, shampoo and "neck massage".
The good thing is, they keep your preferences on file so you don't have to remember what guards, tapers etc. you had last haircut.
The establishment is always clean and plenty of tvs to zone out and watch. Although, each tv typically has the same people just talking nonsense about athletes.
Be sure to use the app to check in before you arrive. No fail, each time I don't use the app two or three people will walk in before me taking my "No-Wait" to 15-20 minutes. Use the App!
The ONLY place that my boys will get their hair cut. Randi is awesome! The online check in is a must! Wonderful service!
