Physical Therapist was great.. insurance dictated PT before surgery... Front desk was great and took my copay each time. DO NOT use them for regular insurance and PT services... Your insurance has them listed as Urgent Care (regardless of what your insurance says) and you will not be as excited when you get your statements. First statement was over $2000.00 and then had to fight between the facility and my insurance. Unfortunately their response ended with "we are not sending any additional information to the insurance" Yea .. I got screwed.

Let's start on a good note. The receptionist was very polite, prompt opening the door right at 8am, and not at all impatient with my questions which I'm sure she is asked 40 times each day. It sounds like it's anyone's guess if the physician will even show up. Being on time to work seems pretty basic. There were already three patients waiting on her before she showed up, with zero urgency, a half hour late. No apologies from anyone. The facility handles urgent care so it's a good thing none of us seemed to require quick attention. Nonetheless people's time is valuable and should be respected, regardless if you make six figures or not.

Watch it! Get copies and confirmations BEFORE you leave. Had to come back almost two weeks after to "make sure" my paperwork for employment was finished. When I was last in there I was told it would be finished and faxed that afternoon. Thanks guys!! It delayed my employment opportunity. Suggestion: Go some place else.

I had to go in for a required physical and drug screening for work. The U.S. Healthworks people took me as a walk in and had me in and out within 30 minutes. Very impressive and professional. Not really a good replacement for a regular doctor, but if I needed urgent care or had to go in for another exciting "pee in a bottle" experience, I'd head there.

I have yet to visit a medical center that blows my mind with customer care. All the girls were sweet enough but one in particular had a look of confusion that is never a comfort when you're about to be stuck by a needle. I went to get a flu shot. My visit was scheduled in advance by my Human Relations girl at work. I still had to wait, but it was only about 5 minutes, after signing in. The shot was painless and I didn't have to checkout. The size of this medical center seemed to allow for a quicker visit. the only difficult part of the trip was figuring out where the entrance was in the middle of the new Roberts Road expansion.
