My mom and I had appointments for our nails. When we arrived we were not greeted and the selection for dip nails were very minimal. If there was better customer service we might have stayed but we ended up leaving shortly after arriving.
The staff are kind, funny, and great at what they do! They are very thorough and give a great pedi and mani! I travel 30 mins just to get my nails done here, haven't found a better salon ever since I moved.
It was a last minute decision to get a pedicure today. I'm in town for a few days visiting family and friends and was not sure where to go. This is why I LOVE YELP! I did my research and decided on Nail Lounge in the Polaris area. I called first to see if they had any availability. And I was in luck. I didn't want to just do a walk in. Setting an appointment is always a good way to go. Mara is awesome. She took great care of my toes. I have fat thick toes. And she gave my nails a look that I have never have. And she also gave me some tips to share with the foLos back in Tampa. Her cuticle care is amazing. Me feet actually look cute. Lol. Thank you Mara and Nail Lounge for your hospitality. I'll be sure to come back the next time I am in Columbus.
Despite all the great reviews my experience wasn't so good personally :( I went in yesterday for an express manicure nothing too difficult! Unfortunately this morning my cuticles started bleeding and are very cracked and dry also my polish is already peeling :/ cuticle oil is definetly a necessity in my case lol only giving 2 stars bc despite my experience the space is very clean and the staff were nice I was seated very quickly (: Just won't be back for a simple manicure
Today I went to N Lounge with my daughter and two friends. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and attention to detail that they provided. We all had pedicures and they were amazing! I never felt rushed and they did a wonderful job! I asked if they they could also do a manicure on me and they were able to fit me in. Every time I have been to N lounge I have received excellent care and my nails look amazing! Thank you to Lee who did an amazing job on my nails today!
