I would recommend anyone to this cute salon in Kerry town. The vibe is friendly and the atmosphere is top notch. My hairdresser there is amazing!
I went for a highlight and hair cut. I walked in another receptionist were sitting. they ask if I wanted something to drink and then one went back to the chair and the other on her phone. my stylist was great asked lots of questions and chatted the whole time. I had to go under what was called a dryer but it looked more like something they pulled out of the trash it hit my head as she was putting it over my hair as she moved it around it came apart in two piece. she finished my servic. the blowout was ok as I sat around the salon I started looking around how dirty it was. but that was just my opinio. I went up to pay and I can't believe how much I was charged. this is definitely not a high end salon. I was very disappointed.m
this salon is incredibly disorganized and very rude to clients. Today was the 2nd time I had an appointment scheduled and they said I didn't. I had a text to prove it. The receptionist was very rude to me and told me someone else had my appointment and I was not scheduled. I told her I had a confirmation text and she said I didn't! No apology at all. This happened 2 times this year. Ever since Encore merged with Douglas J it has been horrible. Prices went up so much and very difficult to get an appointment and when you have one they say you don't. They are disorganized and have no excuse for it. I will find another salon to go to. There are plenty. This place is overpriced, rude to clients who are loyal, and just not worth it. I will take my business somewhere else.
First time there. Had a cut and blow dry with Alyssa. It was great. She took her time and made sure I was completely happy. Very personable. Would highly recommend!
