This was my first time going here and I was so nervous. I wanted my nails to be acrylic but instead she gave me gel. It was like she was deaf because earlier I called for a manicure. I gave it a 2 because they made my nails look uneven and not straight at all. Their service was terrible and I will not be going back sadly.

I came in with the simple request of acrylic removal and told her I wanted to keep the length of my real nail (which I had been growing out for months). I repeated myself when she brought out the nail clippers and told her I don't want to cut them. She ignored me and cut my nails off. She was so aggressive with the removal that she made me bleed. This is the second bad experience I've had at this location and is by far the worst costumer service. I asked her why she cut my nails without telling me first and she said because my nails were brittle, which was false. Do not go to this place.

Today was my first and last time going to Diva Nails. It was a quick pedicure. Within 20 minutes, my nails were trimmed, cuticles not cut but scrapped. Yes, it was just as painful as it sounds. Three coats of regular polish (no base coat) and two coats of topcoat. All in 20 minutes!!!! Who does that!!! My five-year-old granddaughter does a better job. There was no reason to rush. I was the only person there. Of course, the polish didn't last. Too f###ing thick!!! What a waste of time and money! If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would do it!!!!

AWFUL JOB I wanted what is shown in the picture my nails DO NOT EVEN LOOK FRENCH I'm so upset she did not even bother to take off the glitter on the nude area they look bulky and my pointer finger IS SO CROOKED I will never go again.
