I have been coming to this location for almost a year and never had a bad experience!! Everyone is super nice and welcoming and Tracy is a FANTASTIC nail tech definitely recommend this shop
The absolute WORST!! Went in just to get nails trimmed and polish NO massage NO scrub NO lotion and they charged me $42 when I told them what I got she said fine I'll give you a $2 discount!!! I was in the salon for 10 min total. The polish is lumpy to top it off!
DON'T BOTHER. Even if you make an appointment, expect them to be 15-20 minutes late to start every time. I'm a busy working mom who needs to change my appointment times every so often. When I did, Tracy gave me serious attitude each time. You'd think knowing that these places are a dime a dozen they would be kinder when regulars need to reschedule. They lost my business.
I absolutely can not say enough about this family owned nail salon. Everyone is so friendly. It is walk in, and they are very accommodating . I like to call in and make my appointments ahead of time to make sure I am making the best of my time and theirs. They go above and beyond to make sure your nails are done to your standards. The pedicures are always perfect. I would highly recommend this spot!
I have been here twice now and both times I've had Vincen do my dip nails. To say I'm obsessed with his work is an understatement. I will gladly drive from Mountain Home in the rain just to have him do my nails. He does exactly what I want and does such an incredible job. It took me forever to grow my nails out before I went and got the dip and he was very mindful about how he filed them down to keep the length. He does a perfect coffin shape. The best part of my nails to me is that he keeps the dip fairly thin so they look natural without being flimsy. This is literally the first person in the years I've been getting dip done who has been able to keep them looking natural. Thank you Vincen!
I've gotten pedicures here both times as well, no complaints about those either.
