Terrible service, and most importantly, be careful coming here bc it was filthy. I should have trusted my instincts and left right away. I came in for a soak off and a new dip set. Waited 30 minutes after which I got shuffled around. They used the metal drill directly on my nail beds to remove the dip. They refused to put a new set of tips on. Then they had me pick three different colors, and refused to move forward and told me to pick a different color. Finally I said I'm leaving. One hour+ later I had to leave with my bare nails that had been filed with a drill. The icing on the cake was to get charged $10 over the soak off price they had on their wall and told me they had to spend 45 minutes on me when 30 of it was me waiting for them to start. It's honestly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had and I've had a few bad ones. One star is too high.

This nail spa is top-notch. They work so hard, do perfect nails and great leg & foot massages! I go every month.
They recently opened a beautiful new facility and yet every time I've been since the service has gone down. They rush through and stop frequently to answer the phone or check on other customers. The finished product is a little rough too. Ironically, as it's gotten bigger and busier, the service has deteriorated even for a long term customer like me.
I had such a great experience here! I got a regular manicure, very simple but my nail tech paid close attention to detail and was very thorough. It only cost $15, which seemed very reasonable given the care she gave to my nails (I have paid more at other places and did not get this level of care). I highly recommend!
