Up until today I was a loyal Great Clips customer. I am a balding mature professional male and today encountered a woman who not only didn't read my history in the computer. She failed to listen to me about my desire for a light trim a 1/4 inches or less was my request. Her first cut was with "thinning shears",..I haven't needed thinning shears in 30 years. After being a loyal Great Clips customer for over 20 years I will never step foot in another,... one run for your life.
I will not be bringing my son back here. The lady who cut his hair, 1. Hacked at his hair so badly, it was uneven and shorter in some places than others2. CUT MY SONS NECK!!!! I was so livid and upset I ended up having to take him somewhere else to fix it.
I am picky, have short, curly hair and got Nikki who is great with curls. I had to wait a little longer than they said but there were only 2 stylists and they could have used another. The wait was not unreasonable for the situation. I am happy with my cut and will absolutely go back.
