Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Superior, CO

The customer service was outstanding.  I was there in the afternoon and the person on the sales floor helped me find numerous items. I need help finding make up and this store delivers. I'll be back for the Lancolm eye balm which you were out of.

DO NOT WORK HERE! i wish i could give this store 0 STARS. it was my first week on the job, i learned the cash register, and other employees were very helpful but others weren't. including the manager (Bernadette) On my third day one of the computers went out, i had no idea what to do but restart it and the manager told me "call I.T and figure it out" i didn't know the store number or anything.... i then got frustrated because i was the only cashier up front and was slammed with people but when i ask for help i got treated like i was stupid... then i went on break and got called to the "office".. i proceed and sit down then got ask "what's going on, do you have issues going on at home?" i was baffled by that question, i didn't know how to answer so i left and went to my car. Called my mom CRYING on the phone hensing it's only my 4th day and i get ask such a deep and personal question, i didn't return to work...

Bernadette, the manager was incredibly helpful.  She took her time to teach my daughter about make-up and took us around the store to share her favorite products with us!! We'll return soon!!

Everyone at this Ulta is great!  I had an emergency need to get a hair color and they worked to fit me in.  Alyssa (pronounced Alee-see-ya) was super!  She knows her stuff and even took time to suggest some things that would really help my hair.  Bernadette (i think that was her name) was checking in on customers as she could, as I think they are understaffed, but she made sure to check with everyone to make sure they found what they needed. They really made my week!!  And my hair looks and feels great!!  Thank you to the great staff at this Ulta (Superior/Louisville)!!

I've had great service at this Ulta for a few years. Not sure on the downvoting but even just recently over the last week, I've been in three times. Each time, the staff is nice and helpful, and we're happy doing their jobs.

Love the deals and winter specials. They have amazing soaps and creams under a 5 for $10 deal. I love the selection of fragrance, and they have a great bonus soft blanket too! The associates are great to help with questions.

Everyone was following covid procedures fine and I felt safe and clean. Thanks guys!
