Welcoming atmosphere, but 35 min for your high end pedicure- that's a joke! ***To your response- If the average visit should take 55 min, then you should stick to that and invest more time in a massage. 49 min was due to sitting in the chair for 15 min after to allow my polish to dry, didn't want the whole visit to be a loss. There's no confusion, it's not a great high end pedicure, period.

I went to get a manicure and my son got a manicure too. He's 8, and I loved the way they were patient and explained the process to him. He loved it! It was his first manicure.
My manicure was beautiful and lasted about a week. I only got my natural nails painted so I was happy with how long they lasted.
This location is super convenient too as there's a wholefoods in the same parking lot.
I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was actually such a disappointment. I really didn't think I had anything to worry about coming here but I was wrong. I came in for SNS dip and came out with the most uneven nails I've ever had. They are all different lengths and the tips of them are in weird angles, not straight at all. They weren't rounded on the nail bed so they look unnaturally flat, and my nail tech cut the side of my finger. I was in pain 3 or 4 times from the heat of the filing as well.
