Imma give all five, though my last polish change was a little hasty, but admittedly, I was 5 min late for my appointment. Overall, this shop is tip-top. I'm constantly traveling and have been to a lot of the "in a Walmart" shops, this one is by far top 5 contender for consistent service with a smile. Good prices, clear communication, too!

I went to them on June 1 to get my acrylics removed at about 1:35 pm. There was only me and 1 other person in there. The lady that did them started to remove them without soaking them first, I asked her to soak them since I wasn't in a hurry, as this should've already been a lesson. When she started the drill she went to far down on my thumbs and left a crease on my nail making them sore. After that she didn't even file any of them she buffed them a little bit. After all that I still had to go home and cut them to nub's practically just to save parts of my nails. It's been a week yesterday and they finally stopped hurting. I still have to file them but not everyday now. I bought nail hardener since they are so brittle now so hopefully it will work. I have never had a problem here before. This wouldn't have happened except the boss was on vacation. I would get a pedicure here but they don't use covers for there sinks.

Worst nail salon. They're so rude. I had a guy do my nails. And he was watching football while doing my nails he would stop doing my nails to watch football. Then I asked the difference between the 20$ nails and the 30$ acrylic nails. He wouldn't explain it to me. Most nail salons they say what they charge for. Such as length, what type of polish, and what type like coffin, square, oval, etc. I was charge 35$ for short square nails with regular polish. I showed what I wanted. And it looks nothing like it. Not to mention the nails looked grown out after I left! They looked 2 weeks grown out the day I got them. I've called many times the manager wasn't there until 2 days ago he told me to come back in and they would fix it for free. I show up with my friend and he says it'll be a 45 minute wait. Fine okay they're busy. We grab lunch after signing in SAYING WE WANT ACRYLICS. we come back and he goes oh I didn't know you wanted acrylics you have to wait another 30 minutes. Then a lady Q comes (she is super sweet and a wonderful lady!) but she doesn't do acrylics. And she asks me what's wrong. I explain my nails aren't how I wanted them and everything else. He comes over grabs my hand very harshly and starts to raise his voice at me saying their fine and that he can't do what I want. I show him what I want and he goes I can do that. He asked me to wait. My friend and I had plans so I stepped aside to call my mom to see what I should do. When we come back he ignores us. He won't look or acknowledge us at all. I called them back today and the manager says that he'll fix them but I'll have to pay. Which in my opinion isn't okay because this place is 30 minutes away from me and the treatment I've gotten and how rude everyone has been that's not okay the manager yelled at me. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, nail salon I've ever been to.

Terrible and very aggressive customer service! I asked them to remove my acrylic nails in to do a shellac polish. The lady was extremely aggressive and hostile with me, and tried to pry off my acrylic nails without soaking them in any acetone. It was extremely painful, and she had already clipped my left pinky to make it as pointy is a claw. When I told her I wanted her to soak it in acetone instead because it was hurting me a lot, she became extremely hostile, said it would take 20 minutes, and stormed off leaving me there sitting alone. After waiting there for about five minutes not knowing what was going to happen, I spoke to the manager, who actually started yelling at me, and telling me that it didn't hurt to pry off my acrylic nails from my natural nail bed. He told me I should go home and remove them myself. Which is exactly what I did. Ladies, the prices here might be cheap (I mean, it is inside Walmart) but not worth it. Not only will I never go back I will warn all my girlfriends about them.
