Alrighty, I've been coming here for years since they opened, but after today, this is my last time. I've probably been here 50 times over the last 5 years but the last 5-10x have all been bad experiences.
Today's issue:
- The nail technician had EXTREMELY long nails that dug into my feet every time she touched my feet. Imagine being pricked over and over again for 45 min. PAINFUL
- Because her fingernails were so long, her accuracy with tools was limited and twice she cut me during the cuticle scissors.
- I asked her twice to turn on the water because the water was cold when I got in, and after awhile, the water got downright freezing. She put in literally 10 seconds of lukewarm water and I spent the rest of the time shaking because it was so cold
It's really sad, I used to come here all the time, I used to do this to meet up with girlfriends to catch up.
But after today, I won't ever be coming back here again. This place isn't what it used to be.
Absolutely love the nail techs. Always en enjoyable conversation . I usually just get my feet done and honestly around Denver it's hard to find a good tech and good conversation

My new favorite nail salon! LOVE it here. Everyone was so friendly, the place is so clean and nice, and fair prices. Tom did my dip manicure and was amazing! He was super thoughtful and didn't rush, and the quality was amazing. I got the Hailey Bieber nails which I've struggled for nail places to do, but this was the first place that crushed it! Will 100% be back!
Looooove Luxe. I actually refuse to get my nails done anywhere else now. Clean space, great dip manicure.
