I called earlier in the day to check if she had any available appointments for Friday. She said she didn't but then proceeded to look and then offered me a4pm time. I went there 15 minutes early and no one checked looked around to see who I was and to confirm my appointment. I sat down and waited until 4 then walked out. No one acknowledged my presence. I wasn't about to wait a minute more Terrible service
I have been having Deb Ohala-Bastres cut, color an style my hair for about 15 years. I hate to admit that I have to color my hair to keep it 'young looking' but I do and Deb gets the color perfect every time. She remembers from haircut to haircut the style I wear and it also most flattering for my face (and age). I have followed Deb each time she has relocated and was so excited when several years ago she opened her own salon with Marcella Thomas Dykes. Both stylist are tops in their field. Colorado Hair is located conveniently just east of Boulder in Lafayette. The salon is gorgeous and chock full of great hair products and wonderful artwork, jewelry and gifts all handcrafted by local artists. There are even purses, shawls, hats, etc. I encourage all ladies and gentlemen to give Colorado Hair a try - I love Deb but there are other stylists to fit everyone's personality.
