I've been going to here for years and it's hard to go anywhere else. I believe I had Alena this time and she was so nice and easy to talk to. She gave me exactly what I wanted.

I never usually post reviews but do not waste your money worst mail experience I've ever had they messed my nails up so bad they were crooked ugly put acrylic on that didn't match my existing acrylic and when I mentioned it to them they acted like it was my fault that I didn't say i wanted it to match - when you get a fill it's suppose to always match why would u want half your toe nude and the bottom half clear it was messy and ugly and ended up paying more tryong to cover up what they did my cuticles weren't cut honestly felt like anything that could have been done wrong was - I mean even down to simply covering the horrible unmatching acrylic with a colored plain white polish my toes weren't even painted all the way I just wanted to get out as fast as possible

So me and my grandma got are new done that this place and as soon as we walked in to front desk guy was being so rude. So we forgot about that and went to get are pedicure that the girl that did my grandma was amazing and the boy who did my nail was amazing. So my grandma said she want two colors on her toes (which was pink and white French tips) and they did not do that they did what they wanted.then this old men proceeds to say you don't say that in a very rude way to my grandma. He told her that it will be $55 to repaint her nails for something he did wrong. She says ok what ever. He is being very aggressive using her nails . She proceeds to tell him to please been more gentle he does not listen. So he finished her toe nail and says "ok you are done go to the table over then" in a rude way so I give him a little look and then he tells her in a nicer way. So they start to do her nails and and comes up to me and asks me " can you ask her what she wants " so I ask her and I say the same thing as her toes. Then he come up to me again and tells me to tell her to relax. Again being aggressive to her nails. So we are done with are nail and he tells use it is $180 so we pay it. As soon as the cars get approved he tells use "ok bye now ". But the young guy that did my nails thank you so much I'm in love with my nails. Do not go to this place if you want to have a bad day.

Listen to these low reviews and stay away! You would expect better customer service at these high prices. Go to any other nail salon!
