I went in today for pedicure, gel nails and facial waxing. This was the first time as I am new to the area. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. The sweet owner did a great service and I have found a great nail tech. I will be returning and recommend this salon to anyone looking.
The couple who works there were very nice and polite. However, the outcome was not at all acceptable. I went in to get a gel refill but they could not get rid of the line showing from the previous gel so the lady recommended I paint over with a gel color which I thought was a good idea. But her coloring was absolutely disastrous.
Love coming here. Usually the manicures/pedicures I get, the people cut me. I have not been cut once, and they do a great job painting and rubbing. The massage chairs are perfect too! Very nice people and clean store.
My sister and I came in during the afternoon with my 5 year old niece looking for a relaxing girls day. There were no other customers at the time and we asked the woman and man working if they can provide 3 pedicures. They said yes and to pick out our colors. The man rushed my niece into an office chair so my sister politely asked if she can get a pedicure in a spa chair like us. The man abruptly said 'NO' so we said okay, that we would be leaving. They both said good, that we should leave and rushed us out. The place itself is dark and dingy and both workers were rude and impolite. We will not be going back and do not recommend this business.
