This place is terrible, bought a Groupon and then was charged $30 more though the groupon stated for highlights and cut and style, apparently only covered top highlights?! Anyhow wanted blonde highlights and I got orange, and asked for cut to my shoulder got a haircut to my chin so way more than I wanted. Tried to contact salon and have received no response. Be careful at this place. The only other customers were elderly so maybe that is their specialty?!?
I went into this salon with a picture of a balayage I wanted. I specifically asked can this be done because if it cannot, I do not want to risk my hair turning orange or turning out badly. The stylist assured me it could be done. This salon turned my hair orange as well as damaged my hair. I went to Scott Talbot's (where I usually go) to get it corrected and have spent around $600 in multiple sessions to fix what this salon had done. This includes buying vegan shampoo and conditioner because my hair is so fragile. I also had to cut over 4.5 inches off to fix the damage. According to my paperwork from the salon that corrected my hair, I came in with several lines of demarcation as well as spotting all over my head. I called the salon and talked to the manager to ask for some compensation and she would not do anything for me and ended up hanging up on me while I was trying to have a conversation. Do not ever go here. I made the mistake of buying a groupon and trying out someplace new. I do have pictures of what my hair looked like after going here. Message me and I will be happy to share.
This is a fabulous place to get your hair done. Wonderful owner, absolutely knows all about hair and many other things. Very pleased every time I have been there. Highly recommend Creative Illusions especially Bonnie. You won't be disappointed.
