I went in for an acrylic soak off and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. The soak off not too great. While I was soaking she kept checking my nails like every 3-5 minutes. I myself knew it didn't soak off enough. I feel like she was rushing to get to the next customer. Her rushing caused my nails to not be fully soaked off. I still had acrylic on my nails. I was taking it off myself as I was getting my pedicure.
THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO! j went in for a fill in and a pedicure. my nails are so uneven and lumpy it doesn't make any sense. my french tip is not french tipping either. literally the worst experience i've ever had on my nails. 0/10 would not recommend!
If I could give a zero rating I would. I went to this Nail Salon for the first time and had the nail tech Ashley. I needed a nail repaired that had broken and it was painful. I told her I needed the gel/dip removed before my nail broke in half on the nail bed. She turned the device they use on full speed it sounded like an airplane and almost ripped my whole nail off. I screamed stop. She then proceeded to plug in a warming plate that you'd put a cup of coffee on and put a metal container on the hot plate that had used finger nail polish remover in it as I could see stuff floating around. I asked her to rinse it and put clean polish remover in. She put my finger in the metal container to soak it to remove the polish and my finger burned as soon as I put it in the container and I screamed. I told her don't touch my nails anymore and was she new as a nail tech? No reply. I then asked for someone else to help me and a manager. They said the manager was on vacation. I left my name and number for him to contact me and he never called. I called a week later and spoke to Steve the Manager and told him what had happened. He said he'd take care of me next time and ask for him for a free nail dip. I called today to make an appt. and Steve said he never said it would be free just to ask for him I told him he had said it would be free and he said he never said that. I told him I would never come there again. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, TECHS NEED TO GET MORE TRAINING AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!
They're great, and do a wonderful job. The only nails that don't pop off within two weeks like other salons I've been to.
I have been coming here for awhile and I never had issues with my nails. But the last time I got my nails done within 2 weeks they were chipped and coming off. Then they go and charge me $16 to repair a chipped nail that the nail lady made to thin. Won't be coming back
