Fast an easy haircut, checked in online and walked in the doors, was sat down right away, got a quick hair cut, lady was nice and made some conversation. Was very quick in and out and on with my day.
I had the absolute worst experience at this location. Very unfriendly staffing with no sense for customer care. I recently got off of work early in order to come to this location for a haircut. Upon my arrival I noticed that there was a store full of people and no room inside to wait. When signed in for my cut, the pregnant lady working was very rude and not welcoming at all. She had told me that I would need to wait 40 minutes for a cut. Since I was in a shopping mall I had stepped out for a half hour, and then waited in my car the additional ten minutes until I had reached the 40 minutes I was told to wait. When I walked back in I saw people still getting their cuts, but the staff was sure to jump at me telling me that the store is closed. When I had pointed to the woman that told me to wait 40 minutes she told me that I then had "about a 40 minute wait." I then left immediately upon them making me feel like I should feel stupid. No one told me to stay in the store to wait, or that the store would be closing at 6 in order to get my haircut. Its the little things that can make or break you, and this store has failed many of these little things that keep a happy customer base. Would give them zero stars if I could, definitely not coming back after the experience. Another customer lost!
