Good Co. Salon & Spa in Cuyahoga Falls, OH

The salon itself is cute but that's about all that was good. There is a very clear mean girl click between the staff. If it's noticeable to a client, I would hate to be the stylists working there. I gave them three chances but wasn't impressed with the conversations, the amount of dye left on my forehead, or the overall experience. And I understand you need to get the hairline but com'n, if I can do a neater job at home, I shouldn't have to pay $$$ for someone else to slap dye all over my face - especially when they make removal for salons. Instead I spent half the night scrubbing with make up remover so I didn't look like a complete idiot going to work the next day. Sad to say it wasn't any "Good".

My first experience at Good Co and I had a great experience! The place is clean, simple, and very welcoming! Angela did a great job with my hair and I loved how it turned out!! I loved how she explained the science behind lifting and toning, as it was very interesting to understand what goes on through the process. I also appreciated her honesty in pricing and how much it would cost before she started on my hair. Hair salons can get quite expensive and I know I would have been wondering how much it would all cost, but nope! That worry was out of my head when Angela gave me the ballpark pricing. She is super friendly and down to earth! Great work and thank you!!

I'm disappointed that I have to write this review, but I voiced my concerns with this salon and didn't get a sufficient resolution. I had an appointment with Lisa on 6/23 at 5:30. I showed her the picture I was going for before we started. There were 3 obvious colors in hair of the model in the photo I showed Lisa which had a balayage flow from one color to the next. When I showed her the photo that I wanted done she explained that to get that look we'd have to go the "longer" route because my hair was so long and thick. There was something in her response that caused me to say, "Uhoh you seem nervous". She said she wasn't. So I trusted her because she seemed to have a game plan. But that's all of her "process" she explained. After 4 hours it was done and not even close to anything I asked for. The 2 colors that Lisa used do not flow into each other like balayage should. I can draw a straight line through the picture of my hair to show there is no natural blend like balayage should have. There's no blonde like I asked for. I paid 260 (plus tip) for something that looks absolutely nothing like what I asked for... it's also concerning that it took four hours and I've had balayage done by other stylists elsewhere where it did not take so long.. (4 hours is not an exaggeration, I have text messages to my husband that state my appointment was approaching 9pm, and all of thr employees left before I was checked out and out of the chair). I mainly wish that if Lisa wasn't able to execute what I asked for that she had just left me know at the beginning of the appt. I reached out to Emily, the owner of the salon, who basically passed the buck to Lisa the stylist because that's how the salon operates. Lisa reached out once. I responded, over a week ago, and haven't heard back regarding a resolution for an overpriced appt that is nothing like what I request. Services requested.. not rendered. Super unfortunate because the salon is so cute and I was hoping to find a place local that I could go to regularly but I don't feel comfortable sitting in Lisa's chair ever again. If you are looking for balayage, this is not the place.

This is cute and clean salon in what seems to be a happening little area in Cuyahoga Falls. I live 45 minutes away but when you find a good stylist, you will travel. I see Sami for balayage and cuts and she does a wonderful job. The prices are what I would expect to pay. I recommend especially if you're in the area!!

New, fun and pretty salon... stylists rent stations here and manage their own appointments. I go to Sami and she is a great stylist and does a fantastic job with color. Go see her.
