Horrible experience! Very unprofessional. Went for a pedicure. I had the tiniest amount of gel on my big toe and the man started to use electric file. I asked if he could use a regular file. Abruptly and rudely He said "No! Thats how we do it here. I can't do your service. You have to go." As I left I noticed the other employee was using a normal file to remove the gel off of her clients... exactly what I asked for! I pointed that out to the man as I left and he said "I see what you're saying" but did not offer to do the pedicure. Very unprofessional and bizarre business.
Poor costumer service. The manager wouldn't honor gift certificate that expired March 2020 although the salons were closed. Only had the certificate for 6 months and Ohio's consumer laws state that certificates can't expire for at least 2 years.
I want to start this by saying this salon doesn't have that high end salon appearance, it's in an older strip mall and the salon isn't fancy on the inside but it is clean and well maintained and their service is excellent! By far better than some of the high end nail salons I've been too...and they have Ann! Ann is amazing! I was in town on business and had a poor manicure 5 days prior and broke a "dip" nail. I called for an appt (found the salon on Yelp) and they said 5:45. I showed up early and at exactly 5:45 my appointment started. Ann took the time to soak off the bad acrylic and I chose to go with gel nails. She repaired a broken natural nail of mine and did the most beautiful job on my manicure. She was very professional and we chatted some, she's been in the business for 38 years and it shows! I will definitely be back when I'm back in town for work, I wish I lived closer I would go to the salon regularly.
LT Nails is EXCELLENT. The shop is always clean and organized. Brian (Tuan) is my "nail man" and he is GREAT! He does quality works and pays attention to detail. We laugh so much together and I have never left unhappy with my nails. Dean (Dinh) is greets you with a welcome smile every time you come in and Ann (Dao) always looks sharp and has a ready smile for you too. People notice my nails and compliment them at work, at church and at bible study. I recommend LT Nails highly!
