I went here for a pedicure and my first impression is that the place is grimy. There was some slippery gel substance by my pedicure chair that I tried to avoid. It was also in the arm rest holder. The chairs should be wiped down after every customer in my opinion. The water I soaked my feet in was on the cold side. I was really excited about the complimentary wine Thats listed in the price book only to be told "we have water". :/ My person was great but the lack of cleanliness will have me looking for another place next time.
City nails is very clean, when you walk in the door, The marble floors are so shiny, the people are very nice.It was just so relaxing!! Will go back for the third time,and more.
I had been coming here for my nails and pedicures for a few years but none of the other good nail techs work at this place anymore, they all either moved or quit so don't waste your time and money coming to this place. Olivia is the worse, she's so rude and argues with you about everything! I'm never coming back and I don't reccomend anyone coming here only to have an awful experience and a ugly, bad sloppy nail job, and when you try to get them to fix anything they get angry and argue and whine about it.
I recently moved to GA and I wasn't sure of what nail salon to go to for an Acrylic refill. I google searched nail salons near me and City Nails & Spa popped up. Anna did my refill today and I am beyond impressed. I am very specific on my nails and she completed nailed it. This nail salon is clean and the ladies take their time!! They don't rush you out. 33$ for a refill and I also had my shape changed from square to coffin. This color is #4 mood change gel. Thank you Anna!!
I've visited this place twice and it is so peaceful inside the nail salon. They exceeded my expectations considering the location of the nail salon. If I reviewed them after my first visit, it would've received 5 stars. For my second visit I called ahead to make an appointment and when I arrived I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before they started my service. The service was completed in one sitting and the ladies inside the nail salon are very welcoming. My only complaint is the mixup with the chrome SNS nail polish they applied did not reflect the nail sample on their board so that resulted in extra time being spent there. My nails were almost perfect with the exception of a minor flaw. I will return to see if my service will be the same. This is good news because it's the first nail salon in this area that I visit for a third time.
